Hi I'm Vlad

I’m a software engineer who enjoys building real products — not just prototypes. Lead Developer with 10+ years of experience building web and mobile products from the ground up.

My core stack is PHP/Laravel, Next.js/React, and AWS, but most of my work goes beyond writing code — from application architecture and third-party integrations to CI/CD, production infrastructure, and coordinating development teams. I’ve spent the last several years working primarily on healthcare and telehealth products, turning business requirements into technical solutions and taking features from idea to production. More recently, I’ve also been building AI-assisted development workflows with Claude Code, custom agents, skills, and project memory.

Outside of work, I’m an active member of the vas3k community, where I volunteer in organizing events for 100+ people. A couple of years ago I got into sailing, and it quickly became a big part of my life. I organize charters with friends, help new people get into sailing, and try to make it feel more accessible and less intimidating.

I also love cooking, traveling, and bringing people together — whether it’s around a table, at an event, or on a boat.
